Position: Community Engagement Specialist
About the Role:
- Engage with community members to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional support
- Organize and participate in community events
- Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Passion for meeting new people and building relationships
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (additional languages would be an advantage)
- Experience in customer service or community engagement roles
- Knowledge of the Jerusalem District and its diverse communities
- Proficiency in using technology for communication and data management
