Position: Community Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

Engage with community members to understand their needs and preferences
Develop and implement strategies to promote our products and services
Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional support
Organize and participate in community events
Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns

Key Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Passion for meeting new people and building relationships
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Hebrew (additional languages would be an advantage)
Experience in customer service or community engagement roles
Knowledge of the Jerusalem District and its diverse communities
Proficiency in using technology for communication and data management
