Position: Professional Vacation Planning Specialist

Job Description:

Assist in creating unforgettable vacations for clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
Utilize your expansive knowledge of local and international travel destinations to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and other personalized services.
Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends, attractions, and special events in the travel industry.
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination-specific guidelines.
Handle reservations, bookings, and prepare detailed itineraries for clients.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably in vacation planning or related positions.
A strong passion for travel and a thorough understanding of various vacation destinations.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.
Attention to detail to ensure flawless vacation experiences for clients.
Proficient in using travel industry software and online booking platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
