Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field (Ph.D. preferred)
Strong background in scientific research methodologies and laboratory techniques
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using statistical software
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
