Job Opening: Logistics Coordinator - Ensuring Smooth Operations

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and materials between suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers, ensuring timely delivery
Plan and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and minimize costs
Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including tracking shipments, updating databases, and preparing reports
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and coordinate inventory replenishment
Work closely with external partners, such as carriers and freight forwarders, to negotiate rates and ensure compliance with all regulations
Resolve any transportation-related issues or discrepancies that may arise
Continuously monitor and evaluate logistics operations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices

Qualifications:

Proven experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office Suite
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
