We are currently seeking a highly skilled and visionary professional to fill the position of Strategic Planning Manager.

Your Role

Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the aviation and aerospace sector in the region.
Collaborate with industry experts, government officials, and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and attract investment.
Formulate policies and initiatives to promote the development of aviation and aerospace enterprises.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Build effective partnerships with national and international organizations to enhance cooperation and knowledge exchange.
Oversee the implementation and evaluation of key projects within the aviation and aerospace sector.
Monitor industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
Manage a team of professionals and provide guidance on strategic objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Economics).
Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, or business development within the aviation or aerospace industry.
Familiarity with regional and international aviation regulations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software applications and data analysis tools.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
