Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Production Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our manufacturing operations. Your main focus will be to ensure efficient production processes, quality control, and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and production goals
Collaborate with different teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure availability of materials
Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Train and supervise production staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools
