Your Responsibilities:

Develop customized vacation itineraries for our clients, tailoring them to their specific preferences and interests.
Research and recommend the best accommodations, attractions, and activities in Vermont to enhance our clients' vacation experience.
Coordinate and book various travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, and restaurant reservations, ensuring a seamless journey for our clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any inquiries or issues that may arise during the vacation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, local events, and attractions in Vermont to stay current and provide the best recommendations to our clients.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the tourism industry is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple client requests and bookings simultaneously.
Familiarity with Vermont's tourism offerings, including attractions, accommodations, and outdoor activities.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with travel booking software and online research.
A passion for travel and tourism, with a deep understanding of what makes a memorable vacation experience.
