Position: Environmental Conservation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to minimize the environmental impact of our logistic operations
Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and establish preventive measures
Conduct environmental audits and assessments of our transportation processes
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement sustainable practices
Research and recommend new technologies or initiatives to promote environmental conservation
Provide guidance and training to employees on environmental best practices
Track and report on key environmental performance indicators

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
Prior experience in environmental management or related roles
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable practices
Excellent analytical skills to identify areas for improvement
Effective communication skills to engage and educate employees
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Passionate about environmental conservation and social responsibility
Fluency in both written and spoken English and German
