The Role: Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. As the liaison between our clients and internal departments, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our water treatment facilities.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule water treatment operations in collaboration with our clients
Monitor water treatment processes and address any operational issues
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Analyze data and prepare reports on water quality and treatment performance
Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient solutions
Collaborate with our Research & Development team to explore innovative technologies
Support the development and training of new employees

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Experience in the water treatment industry or a related field would be advantageous
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Fluency in English and Dutch
