As a Creative Events Coordinator at Mälarenergi Elhandel AB, you will be at the heart of our dynamic team, responsible for planning and executing exciting events that captivate audiences. Your innovative ideas and exceptional organizational skills will ensure the success of our sports and entertainment initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement unique event concepts that align with our company vision
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Create engaging marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract participants and spectators
Manage event registration, ticketing, and customer inquiries
Oversee event operations to guarantee exceptional attendee experiences

Qualifications:

A genuine passion for sports and entertainment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in event planning or related field is a plus
Fluency in both Swedish and English
