Position: Multicultural Content Creator

Job Description:

Develop engaging and culturally diverse content across various mediums, such as digital platforms, social media, print, and events, to promote the university and its offerings.
Generate innovative ideas that highlight the multicultural aspects of Swansea University, including its international partnerships, student body diversity, and inclusive programs.
Create visually appealing and relatable multimedia content, including videos, graphics, articles, and other forms of media.
Collaborate with different teams, such as marketing, communications, and admissions, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Keep up-to-date with current trends and industry best practices to enhance the university's content strategy and deliver engaging materials.
Contribute to the planning and execution of multicultural events, campaigns, and initiatives.

Requirements:

Prior experience in content creation, storytelling, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and content management systems.
Strong understanding of different cultures and the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Experience in the education, media, or creative industries is desirable.
