Position: Flight Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate all flight operations activities.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.
Manage flight schedules, crew assignments, and aircraft maintenance.
Optimize flight routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with aviation authorities.
Oversee safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
Excellent knowledge of aviation practices and principles.
Proven experience in flight operations management.
In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in the aviation/aerospace industry is advantageous.
