Position: Student Success Mentor

Job Description:

Work closely with students to identify their needs, challenges, and goals
Provide academic guidance and assistance to support student success
Develop personalized education plans for each student
Facilitate workshops and small group sessions on study skills and time management
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student progress
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions
Monitor student attendance, behavior, and performance
Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Stay updated on current education trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience working with diverse student populations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop rapport with students
Knowledge of educational resources and support services
Passion for helping students succeed
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
