Position: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Overview

Assume responsibility for ensuring our company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and legal partners
Design and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal and operational risks
Stay updated on evolving legal requirements and communicate relevant changes to the management team

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the legal field
Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape in Spain with a focus on our industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; additional certifications are highly desired

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee the company's compliance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into business processes
Monitor changes in regulations and assist in the development of compliance training programs for employees
Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage any compliance-related incidents
