Your Role:

Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs that support employee growth and development.
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning opportunities.
Develop and update training resources and materials to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
Evaluate and assess the impact of training programs, utilizing feedback to continuously improve their quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in talent development, training, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization.
