Position: Creative Engagement Specialist

As a Creative Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies to engage our target audience. Your creative ideas and designs will help raise awareness, enhance our brand, and support our initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing materials including brochures, posters, and presentations
Conceptualize and design engaging online content for our website and social media platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching campaigns
Coordinate with external agencies and printers to ensure top-quality production
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related disciplines
Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
Experience in creating visually appealing designs for both online and offline channels
Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
