Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
