Position: Pet Care Specialist

Responsibilities:

Provide expert care and attention to pets and animals in our facilities
Ensure a safe and clean environment for all animals
Handle pet grooming procedures such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians
Monitor the behavior and health of animals regularly
Assist with the intake and adoption process
Educate pet owners on proper care and nutrition
Maintain accurate records of animal information
Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being of animals

Requirements:

Experience working with animals, preferably with a focus on pets
Passion for providing excellent care to animals
Knowledge of animal behavior, nutrition, and first aid
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays when required
Valid driver's license
Certification in animal care or related fields is a plus
