The Role:

As a Compliance Specialist at Gold Coast University Hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your main duties will include:

Conducting regular compliance audits to identify any potential risks or violations
Developing and implementing compliance strategies and policies
Providing guidance and training to staff on compliance matters
Monitoring changes in legislation and advising the organization on any necessary adjustments to maintain compliance
Investigating and addressing any reported compliance issues

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate compliance requirements to different stakeholders
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field
