Narva AB is looking for a dedicated, creative, and forward-thinking Sustainability Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jönköpings län, Sweden.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable practices and strategies across our global operations
Conduct research and analysis to identify environmental and geological challenges and opportunities
Collaborate with teams to promote resource efficiency, waste reduction, and conservation efforts
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
Monitor and report on environmental performance, providing recommendations for improvement
Support the development and management of green initiatives
Participate in project planning and execution, providing expert guidance on sustainability-related matters

Your Qualifications:

Master's degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Ecology, or a related field
Proven experience in sustainable development or environmental management
Strong knowledge of global environmental issues and geology
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret complex data
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving change
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
Willingness to travel internationally for work-related assignments
