Position: Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. Reporting to the Legal Department, the Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations to maintain our commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting regular audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures
Maintaining compliance records and documentation
Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
Investigating and resolving compliance-related issues or concerns
Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field is preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
