Port of Subs is a leading company in the food industry, committed to making a positive impact on the environment and promoting social responsibility. We are currently seeking an Environmental Conservation Specialist to join our team in Nevada, United States.
Position: Environmental Conservation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize the environmental impact of our operations
- Conduct research on sustainable practices and recommend improvements
- Create and manage programs to reduce waste and promote recycling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business decisions
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and ensure adherence to industry standards
- Educate and train employees on environmental conservation practices
- Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about environmental issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- Experience in environmental conservation or related work
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for environmental sustainability and social responsibility
