About the Position: Innovation Catalyst

As an Innovation Catalyst, your role will be to analyze, identify, and implement groundbreaking solutions to push the boundaries of the Sports/Entertainment industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute innovative strategies that enhance our product offerings and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Research emerging trends and technologies within the Sports/Entertainment industry and propose innovative ideas for WEMAG AG
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement creative solutions
Lead brainstorming sessions and encourage a culture of innovation within the company
Conduct market analysis and identify potential partnerships for business growth
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and act as a subject matter expert

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Innovation, Marketing)
Proven experience in driving innovation and implementing transformative solutions, preferably in the Sports/Entertainment industry
Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and German is required
