Your Role and Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, both in-person and through various communication channels, to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.
Inform customers about our commitment to sustainable practices, raise awareness about environmental issues, and promote eco-friendly products and services.
Create a positive and sustainable shopping experience by assisting customers with their purchases, offering advice on sustainable options, and facilitating recycling and waste reduction.
Stay up-to-date with sustainability trends, products, and initiatives to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sustainable living campaigns and initiatives that align with our company's values.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to our sustainable practices.
Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer engagement, sustainable sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
Passion for sustainable living and knowledge of environmental issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate information.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings.
