Role Description:

Develop and implement security strategies to protect our critical assets.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
Manage security incidents and investigations, collaborating with law enforcement agencies as required.
Provide training and guidance to employees regarding security protocols and emergency response procedures.

Qualifications:

Background in military, law enforcement, or relevant security experience.
Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices.
Ability to assess risks, think critically, and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
