Job Opening: Digital Crafting Innovator

Role and Responsibilities

Collaborate with our creative team to develop innovative digital solutions to enhance our pottery and ceramics production process.
Design and implement software tools and applications tailored to the specific needs of our artisans.
Streamline production workflows by integrating digital technologies into traditional crafting techniques.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT and software development and explore their potential applications in our craft.
Provide technical support and training to the team members in utilizing digital tools effectively.
Contribute to a friendly and collaborative work environment through teamwork and effective communication.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Digital Design.
Strong expertise in software development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of computational design software, such as CAD or 3D modeling tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino), to bridge digital and physical crafting processes.
A passion for art, design, and hands-on craftsmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
