Job Description:

As a Creative Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience of our visitors and promoting the essence of our beautiful region.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing unique guest experiences that showcase the cultural and natural attractions of Grevenmacher.
Creating engaging promotional materials to inspire travelers to choose our destination.
Collaborating with local businesses and service providers to develop exciting packages and offers for visitors.
Owning the guest feedback process, analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement, and implementing appropriate changes.
Providing exceptional customer service, assisting visitors with inquiries, and making recommendations.

Qualifications:

A passion for exploring the hidden gems of tourism.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools.
Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
