We are Hiring: Cultural Insights Analyst

Are you passionate about exploring the intersection of culture, market research, and business? Are you able to derive valuable insights from statistical data? Kymenlaakso Shipyard is seeking a qualified and creative Cultural Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in market research and statistics to analyze cultural data and provide valuable insights for our multicultural shipbuilding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting in-depth analysis of cultural trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
Utilizing market research methodologies to collect and analyze relevant data.
Identifying cultural nuances and patterns to shape our shipbuilding strategies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate cultural insights into the design and marketing processes.
Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Staying updated on market research techniques, statistical tools, and cultural trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in market research, statistics, or a related area.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of diverse cultural landscapes and a passion for multiculturalism.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
