Position: Experience Architect

Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute immersive experiences, blending elements of art, technology, and story.
Lead the ideation process, driving innovation and pushing creative boundaries to create unique and memorable engagements.
Maintain a pulse on the latest trends in the industry and identify opportunities for integration.
Conceptualize, develop, and implement interactive installations, exhibitions, and events that engage and energize our audience.
Manage projects from conception through execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and bring ideas to life.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proven experience in designing and producing immersive experiences in a live entertainment, hospitality, or related industry.
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and challenge traditional norms to create groundbreaking concepts.
Proficient in leveraging technology to enhance experiences, including virtual reality, augmented reality, and interactive installations.
Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
