Job Description:

As the Professional Creative Coordinator at KUEC, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing various artistic projects and events. Working closely with a diverse range of artists, performers, and designers, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional creative outputs that engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with artists, performers, and designers to bring their creative visions to life
Coordinate and manage multiple artistic projects, ensuring all deadlines are met
Provide guidance and support to artists, offering constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative atmosphere
Oversee the production of visual elements, ensuring high-quality standards are met
Research and stay updated on industry trends, exploring new creative techniques and technologies
Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for artistic projects
Work closely with marketing and promotions teams to effectively communicate artistic concepts to the audience
Maintain a positive and professional work environment that encourages creativity and innovation

Qualifications:

Strong passion for the arts and a deep understanding of various artistic forms
Proven experience in project coordination or management within the creative industry
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
