Position: Craft Adventure Guide

Are you a spirited explorer with an innate knack for captivating storytelling?
Do you have a passion for connecting people with their environment through immersive experiences?
Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey where every day unfolds new possibilities?

Your Role:

Lead outdoor craft adventures, merging sports and entertainment, while highlighting the artistry of Kymenlaakso area
Create thrilling itineraries that engage participants in a variety of craft-related activities with an element of challenge
Captivate and educate participants through enchanting storytelling that showcases the history, culture, and unique craftsmanship of the region
Ensure safety during activities and provide guidance to participants
Foster a sense of achievement and personal growth in clients as they uncover hidden talents and develop new skills
Collaborate with a dynamic team to continuously enhance the craft adventures offered

Your Profile:

Prior experience in adventure tourism, craft workshops, or related fields
A charismatic personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about crafts, arts, and the outdoors, with knowledge of the Kymenlaakso region
Ability to lead and inspire individuals and groups
First aid and CPR certifications are a plus
Fluency in English and basic knowledge of Finnish
