Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Excursion Planner and Guest Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating various excursions and activities to enhance our guests' overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate a diverse range of outdoor excursions and activities in alignment with the company's sustainable tourism principles.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily itineraries for guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to plan and organize excursions, making use of the region's natural attractions and cultural heritage.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and promote exciting excursion packages.
  • Provide guidance and support to guests during their stay, ensuring personalized attention and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Maintain and update excursion databases, including logistical details, pricing, and availability.
  • Monitor guest feedback, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Conduct regular research on tourism trends and competitive offerings to continuously enhance our portfolio of excursions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience in tourism or event planning.
  • Prior experience in organizing and coordinating travel-related activities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, partners, and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for sustainable tourism and promoting local culture and heritage.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
