We are hiring for the position of Travel Experience Specialist!
Job Description:
As a Travel Experience Specialist at KenGen, you will play a crucial role in promoting travel, exploration, and local tourism within the Nairobi Metropolitan area. You will be responsible for curating unique travel experiences that showcase the rich cultural heritage, natural beauty, and hidden gems of our region.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify local tourist attractions, landmarks, and experiences
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses and service providers
- Create customized travel itineraries and packages for tourists
- Conduct guided tours and provide exceptional customer service
- Promote sustainable and eco-friendly tourism practices
Qualifications:
- Passion for travel, exploration, and a deep knowledge of the Nairobi Metropolitan area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the tourism industry is preferred
