Position: Franchise Development Manager
Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate the expansion of our organization's services across the state
- Identify potential partnerships and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with franchise owners and operators
- Manage the overall development process, including site selection, lease negotiation, and construction coordination
- Create and implement strategic plans to promote franchise development
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees regarding operational, marketing, and branding strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in franchise development, business development, or related roles
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the franchise industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage partnerships effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel throughout Louisiana as needed
