Position: Legal Compliance Specialist
Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Review and analyze legal contracts, agreements, and documents.
- Conduct legal research and monitor changes in legislation.
- Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Train employees on legal matters and ethical conduct.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address legal issues and provide guidance.
- Represent the bank in legal proceedings and negotiations.
Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in legal compliance, preferably within the banking sector.
- Thorough knowledge of Swedish legal framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
