Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in a related field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in product innovation, process optimization, or technology development.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and creatively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with interdisciplinary teams.
