We are delighted to invite exceptional individuals to join Kentucky Opera, a leading performing arts organization committed to promoting creativity and social responsibility. We are currently seeking an Artistic Innovator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a deep commitment to fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and performers to develop and execute innovative and imaginative projects
- Lead brainstorming sessions and encourage free-thinking to generate fresh ideas and concepts
- Create visually compelling and artistically inspired designs for promotional materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into artistic strategies
- Showcase social responsibility by incorporating environmental awareness throughout our productions
- A passion for art and design, with a strong understanding of visual aesthetics and its impact
- Proven experience in leading and inspiring creative teams
- Expertise in utilizing various design software and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and challenge conventional ideas
- An understanding of the importance of social responsibility in the context of the arts
