As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join us as an Innovative Solutions Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities within the Beauty and Wellness industries.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to address specific challenges faced by our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement.
Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.
Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients and internal staff.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in beauty and healthcare technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the Beauty/Healthcare industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the industry.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
