We are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at BP Exploration (Alaska). As a manufacturing leader in the energy industry, we are dedicated to delivering efficient and sustainable solutions while upholding the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for our Alaskan operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor production processes, identify issues, and develop solutions to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall performance
- Analyze data and utilize statistical methods to drive process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in process engineering and optimization
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices
- Proficiency in using software applications such as CAD, CAM, and PLC
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
