Position: Flight Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Flight Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft within our state.

About the Role:

Collaborate with aviation stakeholders, including industry professionals and regulatory bodies, to enhance aviation standards and practices
Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to promote sustainable aviation growth in Montana
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluations of aviation operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Provide guidance and support to aviation businesses and organizations
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aviation technology and industry best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, or a related field
At least three years of experience in aviation operations or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety practices
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for details
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
