Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team in Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Your role will involve:

Developing and executing diversity and inclusion strategies, programs, and initiatives.
Collaborating with various departments to promote diversity awareness and create an inclusive work environment.
Providing expertise, guidance, and support to leadership and HR teams regarding diversity and inclusion matters.
Evaluating and enhancing existing diversity policies, processes, and practices.
Conducting diversity training and educational programs to raise awareness.
Measuring and analyzing diversity metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives, preferably in the energy or environmental industry.
Deep knowledge of diversity best practices and current industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with a diverse workforce.
Strong analytical abilities to measure and evaluate diversity progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to develop and deliver engaging diversity training programs.
Understanding of legal compliance requirements related to diversity and inclusion.
Demonstrated passion for diversity, equity, and belonging in the workplace.
