Position: Pet Well-being Advocate

Role Overview:

As a Pet Well-being Advocate, you will be responsible for promoting the health and happiness of pets, ensuring their well-being in their respective homes. You will collaborate with pet owners, providing advice, resources, and personalized solutions. Join our team of devoted individuals and make a difference in the lives of animals and their owners.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one consultations to pet owners, identifying their needs and concerns
Develop personalized care plans and recommend appropriate products and services
Organize and conduct educational workshops to enhance pet owners' knowledge and skills
Stay informed of the latest trends, research, and best practices within the pet care industry
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up regularly

Requirements:

A passion for animal well-being and dedication to improving pets' quality of life
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of various pet breeds, behaviors, and common health issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
