Position Overview: Performance Specialist

As a Performance Specialist at Gotthard-Metzgerei, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored training programs to improve athletic performance and overall physical fitness. You will work closely with clients of various fitness levels, from elite athletes to fitness enthusiasts, helping them reach their goals and unlock their maximum potential.

Responsibilities:

Analyze clients' individual needs and develop customized training plans
Conduct fitness assessments and track clients' progress
Deliver personalized coaching and instruction during training sessions
Employ cutting-edge techniques to optimize performance and prevent injuries
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field
Motivate and inspire clients to push beyond their limits

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in sports performance or related field
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics
Certification in a recognized fitness-related discipline (e.g., NASM, ACSM, NSCA) is highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Proven track record of achieving exceptional results
Passion for sports, fitness, and continuous self-improvement
