About the Role:

As a Strategic Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making processes and supporting strategic initiatives within Berliner Sparkasse. Your primary objective will be to perform in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and product performance to provide valuable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify market opportunities
Design and execute surveys, studies, and market research projects
Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and business strategies
Prepare reports and presentations with actionable recommendations for senior management
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging research methodologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
Proven experience (X years) in researching and analyzing complex data
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)
Strong analytical skills with an ability to synthesize complex information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team environment
