As a Hospitality Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction during their visit to our facilities in Lausanne. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival
- Providing information about our company and its offerings
- Organizing and coordinating tours and activities for visitors
- Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work well in a team and have a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. Fluency in English and French is required, and additional languages would be a plus.
