About the Role:

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and delivering valuable insights to enhance our operations. Your main tasks will include:

Collecting and analyzing data related to sea accidents, rescue missions, and safety trends.
Identifying patterns, correlations, and potential risks based on statistical analysis.
Developing reports, visualizations, and data-driven recommendations to improve rescue strategies and resource allocation.
Collaborating with different teams to integrate data insights into decision-making processes.
Staying up-to-date with industry research, market trends, and new technological tools to optimize data analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a research or related environment.
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods and tools.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for promoting safety and making a real difference in maritime operations.
