The Swedish Sea Rescue Society, Norrbotten District, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. We are currently recruiting for the role of Data Insights Specialist, a position with great challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact.

About the Role:
As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and delivering valuable insights to enhance our operations. Your main tasks will include:
- Collecting and analyzing data related to sea accidents, rescue missions, and safety trends.
- Identifying patterns, correlations, and potential risks based on statistical analysis.
- Developing reports, visualizations, and data-driven recommendations to improve rescue strategies and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with different teams to integrate data insights into decision-making processes.
- Staying up-to-date with industry research, market trends, and new technological tools to optimize data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a research or related environment.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods and tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
