About the Role

Your responsibilities as a Flexible Workstyle Advocate will include:

Developing and implementing policies and procedures that support flexible work arrangements
Collaborating with teams to design innovative implementation strategies
Educating employees on the benefits of a flexible workstyle and providing guidance on best practices
Overseeing the execution of flexible work initiatives
Monitoring and evaluating the impact of flexible work arrangements on employee performance and satisfaction
Building a supportive network and fostering a culture of inclusivity

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

A background or strong interest in the Sports/Entertainment industry
Experience in human resources, organizational behavior, or related fields
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
