Role Description:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Victoria
Ensure production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality standards
Collaborate with various teams to optimize production processes and identify areas for improvement
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production staff
Implement and enforce safety measures to create a secure work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in a manufacturing or similar production-oriented environment
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
