Responsibilities:

Coordinate and optimize resource allocation for our steel manufacturing operations.
Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive results and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of resource utilization.
Generate reports and present findings to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
Prior experience in resource allocation or operations coordination is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse workforce.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
