The North Carolina Rural Economic Development Center is seeking a talented individual to join our creative team. We are currently looking for a Visual Experience Specialist to bring innovative design ideas to life and enhance our organization's visual presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop visually captivating marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and digital content, to promote our programs and initiatives.
Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with organizational goals.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our visual communications are fresh, modern, and engaging.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into visually impactful designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing for print and digital media.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging designs.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
